Gladiator

Gladiator (Russell Crowe) is ab away a Roman troops commander who would twist emperor. However, Caesar Marcus Aureliuss (Richard Harris) snotty son, Commodus (Joaquin Phoenix) is jealous and murders his witness father and localises Maximus (Crowe) assassinated. Maximus, a skilled warrior, hightail its the assassination and apace heads to his home. He arrives only to name his wife and son murdered. grieve and delirious, he wanders the desert and is ultimately picked up by a caravan. He is sold as a slave and accomplished as a gladiator. He commoves well, and is the crowds favorite. while Maximus is out exhorting tigers and chariot riders, Commodus is falling in respect with his sister. He eventually finds out about this mysterious gladiator, (who is Maximus, maintain he wont let loose his identity to the public) and greets him afterwards a battle. Maximus is reluctant to reveal himself, but is forced to. He angrily states who he is. He frightens Commodus by his speec h: maintain of a murdered wife. Father of a murdered child. And I WILL have my revenge. Commodus hides in his palace, debating what to do about capital of Italys crumbling economy, how to furbish up his sisters attention, and about of all what to do about Maximus. Meanwhile Maximus is act to fight in the Colosseum. He hatches a daring escape plan, to idle him and his friends. He almost escapes, but is captured, and some of his friends direct killed. He is whence stabbed in the back and forced to fight Commodus himself.

ill wounded, he barely wins the battle. He then grants Marcus Aureliuss destruction wish, by giving power back to the senate. He frees! his buddies, then dies of his wounds and is reunited with his family in the afterlife. This was an overall good movie. Id pretend it an A-. There was great feat and a grand plot. It did get a dinky bit boring when Commodus locomote in love with his sister and stuff, though. The ending was awesome, but a little predictable.
